Job Description
As an Account Coordinator at Enrich Marketing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns through gaining an understanding of our clients’ industries and their goals. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting our account management team in ensuring projects are scheduled in agency project management software, aid in weekly reporting, and overseeing project details through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management Support
- Act as internal liaison between Account Management/Client and internal strategy and production teams.
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of campaign briefs and project task details.
- Scheduling of key project milestone meetings, preparing presentations with assistance, managing project schedules directly with agency Project Manager.
- Generate weekly reports on project status and campaign performance metrics in excel and other platforms.
Project Management
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Creative teams to coordinate project workflows, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Track project progress and update stakeholders on the status of ongoing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software and reporting tools.
- Ability to create and update marketing spreadsheets in Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in an advertising agency or marketing-related role is a plus.
