Bath Fitter Franchisee Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Enrich Marketing, Inc. (“Sponsor”), in connection with its marketing services for Bath Fitter franchise locations. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to authorized owners, operators, and marketing contacts of active Bath Fitter franchise locations in the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are eligible to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Bath Fitter franchise location. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date] (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the official entry form located on this website, providing your first name, last name, email address, Bath Fitter location/franchise, and phone number. All fields marked as required must be completed for an entry to be valid. No automated entries (scripts, macros, or third-party entry services) are permitted.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Meta glasses (approximate retail value: $[ARV]). Actual/appraised value may vary at time of prize fulfillment. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, within five (5) business days after the Entry Period ends. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability associated with participation in the Giveaway or receipt/use of the prize.
8. Privacy
Information collected through the entry form will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and may be used for future marketing communications in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
