The best furniture is built to last. It’s not just about how it looks. It’s about how it’s made. Solid foundation. Real materials. Designed to hold up over time. The same is true of the way we work with clients, with each other, and with the industries we’re in.
Recently, a few members of the Enrich team headed to High Point Market in North Carolina with our client Lake Effect Furniture. High Point is the largest home furnishings trade show in the world, a place where retailers, manufacturers, and designers come together to see what’s next, talk about what’s working, and plan their showroom buys for the year ahead. As an agency with multiple clients in the furniture space, this kind of access is invaluable. It’s how we stay sharp and keep our thinking grounded in the real world.
But this trip also served as a reminder of how we operate as a team, regardless of industry. We listen first. We show up in person. We build trust over time, not just through results but through real relationships. Our team didn’t just come back with notes and ideas. They came back more aligned, more energized, and more connected to the client and to each other. That matters. Because meaningful work doesn’t come from theory alone. It comes from being out in the field, seeing what people are actually doing, and using that to shape what we do next.
Whether it’s furniture or legal, retail or home services, we approach every category the same way. We get as close to the work as possible. That means understanding the psychology of the customer. It means talking with people who are in it everyday vendors, business owners, operators. It means staying curious about what’s driving behavior and what’s shifting under the surface. That’s how we make smart decisions, not just creative ones. In our world, insight and execution go hand in hand. And neither should be left to guesswork.
